MODEL BOATS WEBSITE

HI Folks
Recently found this site, I have a modified Ready to run boat and I am currently building a RAF Crash Tender this will be a "long project" as it is being fitted in along side a Recumbent tadpole trike or two 😁
Main R/C passion is model aircraft 😎 and cycling 😋 , just added a 3ft6in trailer to the bike to get totally green transport and I have a solar panel at home charging a 12v car battery ( for charging models and rc equipment ) to make the hobby almost 100% green

Hello to all members, stumbled on this site while looking for raf fire boat info, Im scaling a model from a photo to give me something to do in retirement, I have made it roughly three ft which seems to be the average size on here. I dont expect it will be to the excellent standard that some of you have built but I will enjoy myself in the process. Will put some pics on from time to time as the build progresses.

Restore what I think is a Sea Queen that I built,( but did not Finnish ) in the mid 60s.
I will post a few photos as it is now, may be some one will recognize it, that would be very help full.

Have only been on a week. Don't know how I missed such a fantastic site previously. Have been alone in model boating for some years and now I'm retired I very much look forward to particiapting in this site and earning a Captains rank! As I've got photos of quite a few builds I'm now sorting through (and reliving 😊 ) them to upload. Already contacted a couple of people and chasing a higher rank - all in all a great site.

can't find a model boat site that matches this,very easy,superb,I have tried a few and only visit a couple of times, but not this one.

This is the most useful, helpful model boating site on the web.
like others it's been a few years since I was active in the model boating world, been building and flying aircraft.
