700 to brushles direct replacement

Hi Derek
The best 700 revs at 19000 rpm and has a 5mm shaft. power is about750watts.
So a 3639-1100kv(800watts) 16280 rpm on 4S Lipo battery or a 3648-1450kv(1600 watts) on 4S 21460rpm. Both require a 60 Amp ESC.
The mount holes on these are 25mm apart, I cannot find the mount hole size for the 700's.

Have an old Billings jet boat that goes (ok) but needs at least 14v. Finding speed controllers is a struggle. SO, does anyone know of a brushless motor that could be a direct mount in the jet unit.
Thanks
Derek.
