With the ESC's handling 2 to 4S Lipo batteries with give you a rpm range between 9,000 and 18,000.
I use this setup on a PT109, but on 2S which is a bit over scale speed and on 3S which I tried was totally crazy.

I bought my Crashie from a club member.
Renewed the prop shaft, bearings and replaced the plastic prop.
Also added the hatch on the wheelhouse roof and yes it slides.
A bit of repaint in a few areas and added the boat hooks..
The motor specs are 1850 Watts @6S with unloaded rpm 10,150.
The Sea Queen is getting a 50mm 700kv motor on 4S so about10,360 rpm unloaded.
Same size prop, so the performance will about the same????
I do have a 50mm 3blade prop which I may try which would look better for the type of boat.

Hi Lads
Made a new boat stand with door stoppers for feet(stops it sliding around in the car).
The black one sided stick down foam is the same as that on an electric sander.
New forward deck and stern deck.
Also added chine rails(yes the nails are going to come out).

I have a later version of the Crash Tender Base on the Aerokits one.
Great boat !!!
50mm brushless motor 450kv on 6S Lipo ( two 3S setup in series).
52mm 2 blade cnc prop.
I finally ended up placing the batteries, one each side of the rudder.
This made the boat handle and turn very well.

New forward deck installed plus adding a new forward cabin roof support.
I tried the old forward cabin roof sections, but, they are too far out to fit.
The stern roof after a lot of heating is all reusable.
The aft two section of the hull have too much flex in the skins.
So I added stringers as this is the area the boat will get the most pounding on in the water.

Sea Queen 2026 (Aerokits).
Last year I finally got a Sea Queen.
Unfinished with bits missing of course.
No rudder, wheelhouse window frames, stern deck and the best part no paint !!!!
But I did get lots and lots of nails!!!
After re-glue all the joints they got removed.
I removed all the decks, rub rails and forward cabin roof.
The areas which required sealing had a coat of fiberglass resin.
