This is a 49" Perkasa built from a ply Precedent kit - the build blog is on this site. Videoed from a 46" Fireboat on a lake in Western Australia. Neither boat is running at top speed, which is spectacular but overscale! Both boats have identical brushless motors. Apologies for the video being a bit long, and for the water on the lens, but this is a first attempt and I hope you enjoy the music.

Billing boats, which took me 3 years to build.Hull was planked and theh fibre glass. Boat has full functional remote with seperate port starboard control,rudder and bow thruster. full inside and mast lighting.

I sold an EXPLORER steam boat kit to my mate Bob and look how he painted it !!!! He intends to call it HUMBUG .....and i wonder why !!! I think he is fitting a WW1 gun to the front of it soon. This is a Speedline kit. its been 2 1/4 years to get this far. The build slowed in the second year but now I can sail it I think it will rekindle my enthusiasm. Theres still lots of detail to add .

Landing craft (Tank) 548 a world war 2 Landing craft with Sherman tank and truck carrying British markings of the divisions landing at Normandy. Landing craft is running 2.4 ghz radio gear with 3 channels in use. I brought this second hand and am steadily improving it. Getting the ramp to work properly was the first struggle. This Higgins PT boat was built and sailed by a good friend of mine. it is scratch-built. it uses a single Turnigy 3639 1100kV brushless motor and LiPo battery. it is pretty new and has not had its number painted on as yet. its performance is excellent.

One month on, new photos showing progress made to date lower superstructure and wheelhouse made motors,props,shafts and Korts fitted in hull.

as earlier message says 93 was an internet buy and was built in the fifties by a scots gent whilst serving in the royal navy and was built in the persian gulf. 94 was built by me in 1959/60 whilst doing my national service in the raf on the island of sylt germany sailed boat on my returnhome the lake at the exhibition park where my brother and i were members of the model yacht club no r/c in those days it was too expensive just a diesel engine and a rudder an away it went
