Guys.

As a lady member, I have never taken exception to being referred to as a 'guy ' (except on November 5th). When I first encountered it, whilst working on the American Air Force bases in the 1980s I was surprised, but quickly realised that in the modern vernacular, everyone was called a 'guy'. It's democracy I suppose.

Guys.

Hi Guys,

You would of noticed that I normally start a post with "Hi Guys".

I would just like to say that this comment dose include our lady members.

It has just occurred to me that this comment could be taken the wrong way by our lady members as a possible sexist comment.
or it could also sound as if i am excluding our ladies from the conversations.

I do apologise if this has made our ladies uncomfortable and i should of noticed this a lot earlier.

If it looks right it probably is.
