I am building a model of St Mungo, has anyone else built a model of this boat?

Myself and the Mrs will be there! Taking my 4" crash tender now with a brushless motor to power it. I'll also be taking a few of my other Aerokits boats and the Mrs will be taking her Sea Hornet & Solent Class Lifeboat.

Any possibility of an event down South, maybe at the Mid-Thames Boat Club, Beale Park (just west of Reading) ?

I have a (The smaller of the two I believe) fire boat. Made for my 10th birthday by my mother in 1960. I fitted radio and a basic speed control for my children's use in the 80s. it is now due for a re-fit for Grand Children. Sorry but unable to decipher the jargon on this site. Not looking for speed (as in videos) but just want advice on a reliable electric motor. Hope not to have to put in cooling. Has a single prop. Advice on battery and how to charge. Also radio and speed control. Where I may purchase would be a help. Apologies for lack of knowledge
