In SA it is Medical Staff first, then government, after that people over 80 This will take us to Mid Year!

I understand what you are saying.
I think the problem is the size of vaccination program it is so huge that the medical staff dose not know to far in advance how much or when the vaccine will be available and for whom it will be given.

I'm not moaning about not knowing if or when I'll get the vaccine, I expect I will in due course, I was trying to point out the chaos that seems to building up with hospital staff not knowing if they have the vaccine and GPs saying they are too busy to deal with it. With all the furore around covid I expected there to be definitive plans for it's distribution.

So the vaccine is rolling out in the UK. I am in the vulnerable group, being over eighty with an underlying condition, so I asked on a recent trip to the hospital what was happening. The Sister had no idea, she said she thought that they had received a delivery and staff would be vaccinated first but hadn't been told anything official.

The vaccine seems to be rolling out in most counties and that is wonderful news.I believe in Canada it will be later in the new year before most of us here will be vaccinated. That is a light in the tunnel and gives us all hope everywhere.The one thing I'm sure of is do not let you guard down for even a minute.

I think the mutation story is spin doctoring! We are in our second wave now and the doctors are seeing the same Virus
Don't expect to see a Vaccine for the public before Mid - End 2021 in SA.

The vaccine is being rolled out, though I see in one report that the GPs say they are too busy to vaccinate their patients. Now they tell us that the disease has mutated, will the current vaccine be of any use?
