Piscataqua River Gundalow

Hi Tomas,

Pleased to hear that you are alright, but a pity you haven't been sailing, although we are mainly in the same situation through the virus. The area where I live is locked down and we are not allowed to travel out of it , consequently I cannot go to the lake because it is in another area. I am building another Thames barge and am waiting for a kit of a wartime Landing Ship Tanks to be delivered, my father was captain of one during WW2. Our garden is functional so, beyond grass cutting and hedge trimming there is little to do. Look after yourself and keep in touch.

All the best, Nerys

Hi Nerys,
I must say that I am fine, even though the situation around me is quite tense, the number of patients is increasing sharply from day to day. I haven't been to the water with the model since that first sailing in June.
Over the summer, my wife employs me in the garden, and when I had relatively time for models, the wind didn't blow at all.
To be honest, I didn't want to drive a sailboat model just by using an engine.
I was looking forward to a nice autumn, but now it's been raining in one piece with us for a week now ... and in 14 days the pond in the park will be emptied. Then the bell and the end of the fun..
The article I wrote for our RC Revue about Gundalow was happily published - at least something positive.
greetings
Tom

We haven't seen any posts from Tomarack for some time and it's unlike him not to be telling us of his latest exploits. Do hope he's alright in these covidly uncertain times. So please Tom, if you read this, lease let us know that you are alright.

Best regards, Nerys
