Bargain 2 Axis Camera Gimbal

Martin.
It's that thing that I stopped getting when I started doing a 'paper round'.😆
I'm hoping I don't have to explain to the young-uns here what that was!

Bargain 2 Axis Camera Gimbal

Ta for the tip Rob👍
Just cost me €95😮
Figured it wouldn't be difficult to add a +/- 90-135° turntable to it.
Found a few other useful odds n ends as well😁
Most of the Bargain Bin stuff though is for damn Drones & 3D printer spares🙄
Cheers, Doug 😎

Bargain 2 Axis Camera Gimbal

While ordering a new 10 Chan RX and a few bits and bobs for my Pilots Boat I found this servo operated 2 axis gimbal in the Bargain Bin of the HobbyKing website.
It's made to fit a GoPro camera but my Turnigy action cam fits into it perfectly.
The tilt action is 90 degrees and the pan is 35 degrees, a third micro servo operates the stop/start of the camera.
This gimbal is normally priced at over £40 but it's on sale in the UK warehouse at the moment for just £13.30.
You couldn't buy a decent servo for as little as that 😮
It's all alloy construction and quite well put together 👍
I don't have an immediate application for it but it could form part of a 'camera boat' project.
😎
Edit....Just to be clear..the camera is NOT included.
