My approach would be to construct a frame to stabilise the fibreglass hull and avoid any twisting, this is essential to enable accurate measurements to be made with regards to the position of the motors and associated shaft tubes. Take a look at the attached picture and scale the positions to your hull

New Drive System

I have a 41" fiberglass hull with a 12" beam. I would like to install a twin shaft electric drive system-counter rotating props. I'm a novice at doing this. Where can i find info on the installation of drive system? i can build it. I would like to configure the components correct the first time.
The deck, and electronics are the easy part. I'm concerned about the shafts, struts, bearings, stuffing boxes, rudder, and motors.
