Having enlarged the picture it is plain to see the item isn't very good as there are rough file marks along the edges so I suspect it was made rather than been supplied with a kit.
PS not criticising the maker just stating what I see and may I agree that they could be easily made from brass wire or thin sheet.

Hi PP, Usually called a shroud (stay) plate, -or a Tang if it is a strip type riveted to the outside of the mast (usually on the sides for Shrouds). The ones with wrap around 'fingers' riveted on to the outside of the mast are shroud Yokes usually for hanging halyard pulleys from for hoisting jibs etc (the eye faces forward). The double strip type with the clevis is another type of riveted tang which faces forward or is mounted on the side. Pic of a big yoke on a mast, (yours is probably a fitting just glued into your mast to represent the one in the pic). Any of these fittings could be made easily from thin brass sheet.

Wold you be able to use brass wire to make them they almost look like an eyelet .

Sorry to say it wasn't a kit build. I bought the boat from the grandson of the 1:1 owner. I was hoping one of our sailboat builders would know. I believe the part is called a fairlead, but I haven't been able to find a source. Thanks for the post and stay safe.

If that fitting came with a kit and you still have the parts list, then i would contact the kit manufacturer quoting the part number and maybe they could help.
Alternatively you will have to make them yourself.
