Catching up

Hi Mark, talk of ineptitude as regards wifi, the renal unit that I used to attend had a tv fitted over each bed, but very few of them worked and they didn't have any remotes for them anyway.

Mark. Yes, I read about Shearings last night. A pity if they do go, they provided a good service at a sensible price, a lot of people will miss them. Of course, restrictions on staff coming in from Eastern Europe won't help them either, they were the backbone in many of their hotels.

Cheers, Nerys

Hi Nery's, there is no WiFi in that part of the hospital because they were going to refurb it stripped lots of equipment out and then due to cut backs and the building of the new sick kids (another example of Scottish government ineptitude) the work wasn't done.
No great loss not having WiFi managed to do a lot of reading .
Hope your keeping well .
Just heard about Shearings looks like the Prince of Wales Hotel will go down as well.
Cheers Mark👍

Mark, Sorry to hear you have had another hospital stay, but it doesn't sound as if it was too bad. Just the usual anxiety and wish it wasn't happening. Can't understand why you should be denied wifi, can you catch something from it now? The bonus book sounds interesting. Hope you are feeling more your usual self now, ready to get up and go, at least as far as models are concerned.

All the best, Nerys
