I have just built the same Mountfleet Puffer kit, there is my build blog on the website.

Hi jugge I have built the Mountfleet kit of the puffer. Nice kit with fibreglass hull and white metal fittings instructions and plans are also good. Called the Highlander comes as 1:24 scale and 840mm long.
