hI mate models by design do a 3ft atlantic for A£80 go to tthere web site look under lifeboats and its there mate worth a look cheaper than lesro hope this helps

I have made the speedline Y boat. it is a good kit and worth the money. Im trying to get hold of a Atlantic 21 now but I can only find the MBD or the Lesro kit both of which are a bit over my budget. So make it I must, so Im look for a plan of the boat now can anyone help??

yes, agree with Dave's suggestions on this, can think of any other supplier.
the choice is either go for a fully detailled "if" displaying the boat as "ready for use" or a more basic "shape/form, "If " going to cover over as to simulate it in "stowed" state.

Welcome to the site.
I believe the Arun and Severn both had small class Y inflatables on board. Speedline models do a very detailed kit at 1:12 scale for the Y. Model Slipway used to do an extruded plastic moulding of roughly the correct size.
If you are intending to show the Y in its canvas covered version a simple shape out of balsa covered with cloth will suffice and won't break the Bank 😀
