App not working
Phone fully cleaned and restored. Firewall now back on. And everything seems to be working fine, including photo uploads. Picture of my test lake.

I get all my emails haven't had a problem at all!
Maybe your nephew can reinstall the App.
If the emails have to do with MBW.
Don't be too concerned the emails are just for reference...

Firewall is Google's own already on phone. My emails come into my yahoo mail app. My nephew is checking all my settings for me and will reset any problems.

What firewall are you using?
Also what are you using to check you emails?
You may need to setup an exception to your firewall!

Emails now working with firewall turned off. But can't leave it off. Must be a problem with the emails.

Similar here Colin, don't use the App but also on the PC some come, some don't!?

App not working
Have stopped getting emails, and now the app won't let me open anything. Have had to do this message in browser, not easy as everything is too big for screen.
