WOW !!- its good to see another one, it was only a few years ago mine looked like that (6 years ago) so pic attached. and I only work on it 1 night a week Mondays 7pm till 11pm.

I have to measure stuff in metric and my brain is 75% metric 25% thumb. The drawings are imperial my lathe is imperial but I make the parts to drawing measuring in metric. Most of the screws and bolts are all metric aside from the boiler fittings.
Makes sense using stainless fixings I can get from work rather than making 7BA nuts or paying through the nose for them.

That's a good scale to work in for us older imperial modellers, I hate metric.

Well I moved away from boats for just over 9 years to build something more challenging, still not complete after more than 3000 hours of work. Thought id share it since its not going to many shows due to moving it.
