Hi Kevin, this is a towing hook that I recently made for my semi scale boat - the hook is fully swivelling and is made from dural, it is actually strong enough to function. The anti scuff rail was based on a photo that I saw of a mk1 prototype boat which had many details which were later modified along the boats developement.
