@Ronald. Hi Ronald, I bought the lot in one go as the price was quite reasonable around five years ago. I am pretty sure I still have bags full of white metal fittings, as the building instructions are very poor, as where an awful lot of the white metal fittings. I think besides the two winches and the rudder, I have bought or made every thing else. Regards, Gary.

Gary, when looking at their website it appears they sell the kit in separate packets. 1 the hull; 2 the deck and structures; 3 details and so on, or a person can buy all in packet #5.

@GaryLC. Hi Col, I have a photo with regard to rivet detail, this would have looked better if the sheet plastic was thicker, and I could have drilled a little deeper. Still not a bad effort for a hair brained scheme. I would appreciate your comments. Regards, Gary.

@ColRay. Hi Col, a little something for you to think about, especially as you are, or will be cutting rivet heads into plastic sheet. Use a 3mm 2 bladed mill drill, between the two blades there is a centre space, file this very carefully our with a small round file until you have a perfect semi-circle shape, then off you go, hopefully n a straight line of very realistic rivet heads. A small mill drill would be better than a pillar drill, as you have the two directional table with the mill. It is on this boat and I need to take a new photo which I will send shortly. Been there on the good/bad Chinese merchandise thing. For me it's been 50/50; great or crap.

But, I love the rivet maker Col!!!!

Okay so what's going on .
Some time back I said "Never Again" that was ordering from one of the big two Chinese merchandise companies.
I needed a few parts for y my Puffer and placed an order.
Under two week a package was on my doorstep.
So far so good.
That was all about to change .
Two out of the three items where wrong not what I had ordered.
After going around in circles, all I wanted was a refund or just a "sorry' would have been fine.
Now I will pay a slightly higher price and order from a shop in Melbourn.
Anyway I had been feeling the hull on the puffer being 3D printed needed some extra work.
On My printer I made a set of small sanding sticks , they work just great.
On of this groups master model maker made the comment with kits extra detail makes the model, so my scratch built model could get the onceover with a faux rivets using a daisy wheel I have just printed Col
