The Sea Star is older than the internet, so very little to be found.

I have the same problem looking for information about the Helgoland kit, popular in the 70's.

I once had a 40 year collection of Model Boats magazine 1956-1985 but my brother ripped them up for the pictures.

Loads of Irreplacable articles lost.

Go on cornwall model boats website, home page, scroll down to the bottom and click Billings instructions, they are free to down load
