Righty-O Wez, let the horses go again! Don't know why I thought yours was a 34", must be confusing yours with someone else's.

Good that you can get the bits Ok as with mine being 1:12 I will have to get from difference sources.

Thanks Chris mines definitely the 47 checked before I looked the other day there’s 2 different sizes but did make sure the dearer one was for mine just emailed kayley at SLEC just to see if they did send a diagram of some sort I know with everyone’s help there’s few I didn’t know where they went but the rest I know just going off most pics just want sure if the little round wooden bits were for the roof cowl vents as was going to put small bolts through them so easy to take off for painting but thank you Chris for double checking

Hold your horses Wez!

If I remember your Huntsman is 34" long and a scale of 1:11. Those that SLEC do are 1:16 and 1:8 so the fittings are nowhere near the sizes you want.

As for the rubbing strips I use mahogany or bass both of which bend fine with steaming.

Hi,

Wooden bits possibly under the mushroom vents or backing pads for 'T' cleats?

Thing that looks like single spoke steering wheel is likely a windscreen centrifugal wiper?

Good luck 😊

Probably an email might be the best as they might have instructions they can send you? But I will still ask Colin at SLEC today.

Guys guys so today didn’t go well with the wood bending for the rubbing strip think the wood I got was not compatable with what I had to do so will nip to my local and only model shop ie 20 miles away for some balsa strips that will soak up water lol,so my question is regarding the fittings kit as I will be sending off from SLEC does anyone know if you actually get some sort of diagram of what everything is and where it goes I know most of the parts and where they are supposed to go but looking at said pic was wondering if the 6 small round bits of wood are for the 6 roof vents and everything else where it’s supposed to go if anyone can help would be appreciated many thanks Wez
