old timer boat

At last some identification has come forward as this model is of prototype to the latter Ms Transilvania and latter on after major refit used by the navy as a supply vessel and was lost in 1944. If the addiion to the top deck are removed she had a black knight shield when first built later removed good old maritime museum falmouth

Zoom in on the funnel in your photo and you will see a shield with a knight on top and a cross on the bottom. Might this be a clue?

Hello Stephen, there is an intriguing reflection in the window, perhaps using a laptop to take the photo with?

Tucked up in the stern is a bill all in Rusian as a lining for the glue its construction is a mixture of assorted woods the flying bridge looks like a add on as it dosent match the main construction and is in balsa the orginal motor mount is a metal plate and the latter motor that looks like a mos...I... with some odd numbers it runs very slowly and amazing enough having cleaned the armature very good for its age the holes for the masts are in the deck and photo of the white boat makes sense as the remains of the mast goes down to keel if that helps matters

Interesting and unusual design! Bow is like an icebreaker except for the bulb which might have been an add-on. The number of lifeboats for the size of the ship (as well as the aft deck) looks like it would be a passenger ship.
The style of the pilot house (with port holes?) looks like pre-1950 era, probably steam powered (stack details).
Don't see many model boats like this with big weighted keels.
I look forward to seeing more opinions and hopefully a link to the real ship.

Hello Stephen,
Could it, as Wolle writes, even be a fantasy work? I've looked everywhere in my books . . . Without success.
but found something similar on the Internet.
best regards, Michel-C.

So it doesn't look like a passenger ship, although it has lots of portholes and a flying stern at the stern. Maybe a private cargo ship converted into a private passenger ship. Definitely a nice ship. Do you want to put it back on the water?
