I looked up Gulet cruising and found a number of examples which use both sail and motor depending upon the harbour requirements.
Some cruises are expensive and others not to bad.

I remember before the revolution there, having a one week holiday on a Gulet which had accomodation for 40 squeezed onto a 50+ foot boat.
These could be a modern version?
When you see masts this high then they are for sails to be raised even if this is only a token gesture, as was the case when we had our holiday.

Could someone identify what these vessels are? They cruise along the Croatia shoreline taking on passengers along the way. My friends called them sailing yachts but I see no indication of rigging for sails.
