Thanks for the suggestions folks. Will try the canal as that seems to be a location mentioned in the link that was also suggested. Cheers again.

Years ago there used to be sailing on the Stroud branch of the Gloucs - Sharpness canal! -- it was normally Sunday morning(?)

Looking for a lake…

Hi folks, I am going to be visiting a mate up in Stroud, Gloucestershire this weekend. Was going to take a couple of boats to show him and his son. Anyone know of any lakes in that area where we could go and sail them for an hour or so? Thanks in advance.
