Working crane

Hi Westwind

I think the link below will solve your problems and it also has a diagram for connecting things up. Most of the parts can be sourced on amazon for a fraction of the price. The only draw back is you will need 3 channels per crane.

Working crane

Hi Westwind,,

In UK a company called Macs Mouldings do a wide range of cranes and other fittings to the common 1\24 th scale.

These are supplied mainly as unpainted kits but to my knowledge no companies provide powered kits at this small scale. However, a good number of clever modellers have indeed powered them in all axis using small servo. One or two - of my models feature such cranes but they are strictly non-working. I know my limitatons!!

Working crane

Hi all, I will be building a 1/24 scale servay boat and I'd like to fit a working crane. Can anyone point me to crane kit or plans. Thanks
