I do agree the hatches are not indicative of a trading vessel.
Could make into a reasonable copy of an actual sailing ship given more research.

Cutty Sark had much more graceful lines, she was built for speed as well as commerce.
She did not have a transom hard chine stern as this model hull has and she had a more graceful almost 'Atlantic' style bow, which she needed for her world cruises to China and Australia (tea trade/wool trade etc) and for operations out of Portugal.
The hull in the link seems much too beamy to me and I see no cargo hold openings.
So whatever it is she wasn't designed for speed or commerce, rather for stability.
My tip would be a much smaller vessel than Cutty Sark, something like a Pilot or Excise Cutter. Might even be a naval Sloop of War?
I'm sure our resident sailing ship experts like Nerys can offer more specialised info.
Anyway, at 4ft that hull wouldn't fit in the bottle 😁😁
