Looking for flexshaft

Scott,
I apologize for sending you on a wild goose chase. The shaft I referred to is for a boat yes, but not an outboard.
I did find a listing for a GTX shaft, here: https://www.newcapmaquettes.com/Flex-Shafts-GTX.html
But it is not in stock. I fear they may be discontinued. I suspect that you maybe able to make a different style flex shaft work, but you'll have to take in consideration the shaft rotation, the length of the stub shaft, the thread on the stub shaft and the diameter of the shaft as well. I suppose that, if you can find the correct diameter shaft with he correct rotation, you could always cut down and re thread the stub shaft. Or buy a new motor.(sorry)😐

Scott just make sure you get the proper rotation. They come both clockwise and counterclockwise. Len

In the UK try Prestwich Models but I suspect most model shops and on-line sellers stock Flexi shafts.

Looking for flexshaft

Hello everyone

I'm looking for replacement Flexshafts. The one I have has yet to break though I know it will one day so don't want to be left waiting on a replacement 🙈

Does anyone know where I can source them?

It's for a Graupner Gtx 650 with 3300kv brushless

Thank you
