I think you are very fortunate and have a very good and efficient Bank, I hope I bank with the same bunch. Your story although becoming more common is the stuff of nightmares and I can only imagine the amount you were potentially out of pocket, quite frightening.
So nice to hear of a story with a happy ending with so much financial doom and gloom around.

Had paid out for a kit including all fittings and steam plant.
No reply to emails or phone calls, so told bank that I thought company had problems, bank repaid me after they had looked into it.
They said apparently in administration.
