By far the best place to learn about modelling is to read the articles posted and ask questions.
Stephen has given this wonderful site where our love of our hobby gains us many friends even though we may never meet.

How GREAT is this site. Although we may never meet each other we have formed a friendship of members from around the world.
I wake in the morning first get my coffee then open the computer to this site read the posts and reply to some.
I have leaned so much from this site reading how someone built an item or resolved a problem.
Our skill sets are all different but the outcome is the same. A boat to show.
