PLASTIC BOATS

Its amazing to see how some people can make do with what they have - both boats are great - they must all definitely be related to Martin...........

Certainly a life lesson in there for us - which is why I get so fed up here when they refer to schoolchildren as learners - we all are - for all of our lives.............

PLASTIC BOATS

This takes scratch building to a whole new level. Not sure about the angle grinder, think I'll stick to my dremel and bandsaw as I have lost enough of my faculties for now. Good to see the son involved in the build process.

Re -
Maybe we should start a campaign to see if we can get more models made from scrap instead of purchasing expensive kits.

Thought that would be right up our alley Martin😂 Perhaps a competition later on, (but you'd have to have a handicap) - maybe one hand tied behind your back or something of that nature😁)
Re the video, that guy's obviously a cousin of yours, didn't know you had Thai rellies😂

PLASTIC BOATS

Must get my angle grinder out. I wondered why it took me so long with a Japanese saw and modelling knife.
I cannot promise to finish one project before starting another. I know, I tried.

PLASTIC BOATS

JB,

Excellent.

I have been known to manipulate a bit of plastic in my time and as you can clearly see you don't have to pay out hundreds of Pounds/Dollars to make some descent model's

Take a little look at this video.
