I am a social worker from the Older Persons Services in Torfaen and I am currently working with a gentleman who is a member of your society, unfortunately he suffered a severe stroke and lost his mobility and dexterity. He talks about his model boats with pride and I am sure that he would enormously benefit by keeping in touch with someone from the Society. I appreciate if you could let me know if somebody is willing to visit him and take some model boats for him to see or even seat with him and work on a boat. I really appreciate your help as it will helps this gentleman's emotional weel-being as he has been through a lot of loss in his life since having a stroke.
