Please note this is not a scale Model it is a club racing boat (semi scale) and will get many knocks and flips during racing.

The trials of this boat went well I remember comments made by members of the Eton park model boat club (Norwich) on how fast and quiet the boat was.
There was a problem on sharp turns it ventilated and lost power, I tried various modifications over the next year, but in the end knew the prop was too close to the transom.

So July 2020 the boat was stripped back to the basic hull and holes filled, then motor, shaft, servo and rudder were re-positioned.
Another trial will then occur, also I have decided to seal the windows in the cabin and fill with polystyrene to make the boat self righting, as last time it flipped over in a race it remained inverted until it blew to the edge of the water.

2018 Just finish this little boat, need to have its first trial on the water to measure current draw and perhaps modify the prop size.
Make sure water cooling works, and the thing steers ok.
