Thank you, OK the Becalmed, good old insulation tape, well done. And they have never been stuck in the overhanging pond-side greenery or Bulrushes and Lilly pads, as for the sails believe its a Gaff type ! Thanks again.. Stay Safe..

Nice job on the woodwork Muddy👍 Shame you never finished her🤔
"a little motor assistance is required, but frowned upon"
The 'frowners' have obviously never been becalmed between Elba and Corsica!🤔
I was once in '94, and was extremely grateful for a little motor assistance!😉
Even though the motor overheated quickly requiring several 'cooling stops'.😠
One of the cooling hoses turned out to have a leak, repaired 🙄 with insulating tape!!
Yachet was only hired for the day fortunately.
Such a loada junk I would never have considered buying.

Hello Nerys, Thank you for the comment, unfortunately i have no control on how she looks now or performs, but she has sailed with motor assistance as and when required, our pool/pond has a mass of greenery around the edges so sometimes a little motor assistance is required, but frowned apon ! Thank you again.. Regards Muddy.

Good looking workmanlike boat. I look forward to seeing pictures of her under sail, nice traditional gaff cutter rig would be ideal.

    Well done, Nerys

Hello, Thank you for the comments. This model has now been passed on to another Harbor. And i believe put into running order with a gaff rig and ballast weight, which was estimated at about 6lbs:.. Happy Sailing and Thank you again for the comment.
