About this boat
This cruiser will be the first boat i have ever built, i haven't decided on what to power it with and what running gear to use yet either.
When i assembled the Keel i went to remove it from my building board and snapped it in half, i emailed slec and told them what i had done, they where happy to help and i think they are sending me the 9 parts of the Keel free of charge.
I say i think they are because i've had no contact with them since.
I have carried on so far with the bulkheads gluing the first 3 in place but have come to a stop for now.
I do have another project i can go back to but that's another thread, all i can say at the moment is watch this space........

If you can upload some pictures of your progress and your poor old keel, that would be of interest.
If you can find a single piece of wood (instead of 9 bits) it is likely to be stronger, transfer the shape onto new wood which needs to be same thickness as original, otherwise will upset the rest of the kit/build.
