- dave976CaptainToraDogToraDog Harry uses a helper to launch the paraglider once the skimmer approaches sufficient speed. This was the first time a successful flight was achieved and the weather was just right with little or no wind. The drag from the paraglider is high and Harry intends to put a larger motor to increase the power. Whilst the wind a water level was low research indicates that the wind strength is strongest at about 6 - 10ft above water and that is where the paraglider is flying. Dave
