This one here sits very low in the water but is a very good model a very detailed model.All the lights work of a ldr circuit but also you can turn off each light if you only want some on.

this one is the sister ship to the Anglian man of mobile marines.Used as an estuary dredger to disturb the silt by a plate along the bottom of the channel off the a frame at the back. I was dead lucky to win best on stand for hoylake model boat club at Haydock Park 2013.

built this one after the first one was stolen which has turned out for the better. Has working fire monitors,anchor,bow thruster,sounds,searchlight,lightsand a bloke on the back having a wee, which in turn acts as a bilge pump to tell me there is water in the boat

I'll try and get it right this time. This is my granddaughters springer. 18x8 inch, 4 inch rudder, 540/1, 6v sla, with a35 three blade brass prop,she's only 4 so if you come to sail on our pond, give her plenty of room. The safety part of it ,is she has a 10mm flashing red led on the top. Sorry I dropped on my last post

Greetings from Hollywood, California. 😎 Many thanks to David Metcalf at Metcalf Moldings for his advice and for so graciously replacing parts I messed up. This craft has been swimming pool tested (after all we're in Hollywood) and it ran beautifully. Next stop is the local pond. I chose brass counter-rotating props. Those are lithium batteries tucked under the sides. I chose to recut the decks out of wood. Brits rave about plastic but I found it difficult to cut and forget about sanding down the edges. (I guess if you cut it properly you don't need to sand the edge.) Major mistake: watching a You Tube video that told me I should make brass joints using a Propane torch. it will make a good joint but it MELTS ALL THE OTHERS. There was a lot of learning here for me and thanks to David's fine kit I think I'm somewhat of a better model builder.

The yachts getting a little brittle now, but keeping me sailing until the next boat comes off the stocks.

This is a Kitshack 46 inch Crash Tender. Nearly finished with a bit more detail yet to finish powered by 2 1400 kv brushless motors running on car speed controllers at 7.2 volt. Goes like stink! Has working rotatable fire monitors which are scratch built
