She looks to me like a scratch built project on the lines of Fairey Huntsman/Swordfish although from some angles has the look of an early Broads cruiser. Whatever with some TLC I am sure she will both look and sail well. The Fairey designs were very popular craft in fact still are and the designs were copied a lot 'back in the day'
