Reference moulding the lead.
Lay some polythene where the lead will be then form the lead shape on the poly using plasticine.
Then use mould making silicone (ebay) to form a mould.
Use something like a baked bean tin and a blow torch to heat the lead and pore it into the mould.
Normal health and safety rules apply.
