Hello is the tug the Smit nedaland as I put the radio out of one of the small boats you can get to play in the bath it was about 4" long and it could push some one's sub side ways ???

I have the Revell Harbour Tug kit - ca 15cm and intend to do the same as you and motorise it. Micro motor, servo and RX already purchased. have to be very very careful with the weight; max 96gm payload!!
What battery are you using?
