    Why a shelf Queen? Looks like you have plenty of access to the hull’s interior. A coat of resin & a decent hull finish should be waterproof enough for an occasional sailing. I doubt if you would be disappointed with an occasional trip to the pond. The hull finish could be a few coats of clear matte. Try whatever you use on an inconspicuous spot on the hull. If you can’t access everything on the hull interior pour some flowable epoxy into the hull & roll it around. Worked for me with my rebuild of what became INTREPID.

    What a beautiful boat! Reminds me of flicking through the bound copies of my late Uncle's "Motor Boat and Yachting" in the late 1950s. At the time he had a Chris Craft launch on Lake Windermere, here in the UK and it infected me with an interest in classic boats.
