I was only kidding Martin. I would not ask you to do this. I will. However, be asking for your expert advice on how I can alter the Star Wars characters, an idea I took from Simon, another master builder, I have bought for this purpose. They are standing at the moment but I need them in the sitting position. It will be at least six months before I get there so you can breathe a sigh of relief for now.😬😃😃
I cannot promise to finish one project before starting another. I know, I tried.

Lovely Martin, Whittling figures could be a very useful art, producing crew as required sounds an excellent idea. Bear in mind you do not have to shape the whole figure from one piece of wood, arms can glued on.

Hi Guys,
As you probably know i am really struggling to get motivated with my two builds.
U552 Submarine and HMS Cottesmore.
So for some strange reason i started swinging a knife around and doing a bit of Whittling.
Here is the last two that i have done.
This is the third and forth little guys that i have ever done so they are not that good but i think i am getting a bit better at it.
The bald Santa is my latest effort.

With more practice i will be able to make some ship's crew
ornaments.
