I have the old plans and book of instructions, for the Robert E Peary, I would think that my be the same for your boat. if its any help I could copy the parts that you need.
I have been working on mine for the last nine years, I just do some now and again.

Hi Stephen,
The Deans kit plans (all their kits have comprehensive full size plans) should show these details for you.
City of Ely was a Liberty ship, which were apparently (see Dean's description) based on a British design from J. L. Thompson & Sons of Sunderland.
